Architect at Eventecture

Eventecture is an uber-creative design and build company birthed out of a desire to create and execute outstanding event design, stage sets and other creative constructions that span across the retail and marketing sectors.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Architect

Location: Mushin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervision of site visits and team meetings to interpret and resolve design processes
• Breakdown of the design brief and coming up with innovative solutions to design challenges while monitoring the design process from conception to construction. Creating working drawing document production that aids intricate fabrication and construction.
• Developing a thoughtful creative vision for all project types, this includes designing event activations, trade show exhibit booths, and environmental projects for clients across diverse industries.
• Creating concepts and designs for high-impact user journeys and branded interactive environments, considering guest flow, architectural elements, spatial interactions, furniture, lighting, and technology.
• Developing mood boards, sketches, 3D models, 3D renders, technical drawings, presentation and event packages, and handling art production.

Key Requirements

• Architect with event design experience
• HND or Bachelor's Degree in Design, Architecture or any related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the design and build industry/event industry or other related fields,
• Proficient in Sketch up and Vray
• Creative imagination and ability to think in 3 dimensions
• Ability to prioritize tasks with timely delivery
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work well within a team
• Excellent communications skills.
