The Institute of Credit Administration (ICA) was established as a non-profit organization in 1992 in order to foster development of credit management in Nigeria and Africa, and to ensure that standards are set based on best practices in professional and ethical conducts, as well as provision of services geared towards enhancing skills and capacity building of those involved in credit functions. It got its legal status as a body limited by guarantee under the law of Nigeria in year 2002. The institute’s Bill for charter scaled through at the House of Representatives in 2009. With currently over 2000 members working in commerce, industry, finance banking and governments, ICA is Africa's largest body of credit management specialists.

Job Title: Membership Services Executive (MSE)
Location: Abuja
Job Role:
- Drive the ICA Membership operations in a fair, objective and courteous.manner. Making quick and pragmatic decisions to approve or refuse membership in accordance with the ICA’s membership eligibility criteria.
- Ensures that member’s monthly journal of the ICA The Credit Manager is packaged and dispatched to all members of the Institute.
- Maintain accurate and up to date record of all members including their contact details and maintain a good filing system for such record.
- Generates monthly target performance report and submit to the management.
- Take full responsibility for effective relationship management with all our members.
- Absolute good character, honesty, trust and respect for authority of the Institute are strongly attached to this role.
