Job Description
The Senior Account Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional services and value to our clients. The Senior Account Manager will be the principal liaison between the client and internal teams.
Skills and Competencies:
- Minimum of 7 years post graduate experience in a top flight advertising agency.
- Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, Information Sciences or Economics is preferred.
- Possession of a strong personality and ability to communicate effectively with seasoned business professionals, including executive management teams, both internally and externally.
- Experience in preparing and driving client presentations, including sales decks and quantify business reviews.
- Strong project management skills and experience in managing and prioritizing complex and parallel work streams across multiple functions, teams and departments.
- APOON Certification.
