Customer Service Officer at BC Kash Microfinance Bank Limited

BC Kash Microfinance Bank is a state-licensed bank by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). The bank was incorporated on the 15th of June, 2015 and started operations on the 8th of February, 2016. The bank has its head office located at 119 Ikorodu road Onipanu, and two branches currently at 15 Idimu Road Opposite Alimosho Grammar School, and 61 Lagos Road Ikorodu, besides Water Corporation.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities
The responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

• Answer customer enquiries via phone, e-mail and in person
• Update customer records in the system including notes about interactions
• Pitch ideas for improving customer care
• Create and maintain reports about customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Interested applicants must possess a minimum of First Degree / HND from a reputable higher institution in Nigeria or Overseas with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division or Upper Credit.
• 2 - 8 years experience.
• Some years of experience in customer service could be an added advantage.
