Job Title: Marketer

Location: Lekki / Ajah, Lagos

Job Summary

• To market our products and services through various channels leveraging on customer preference, feedback and insight.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, Develop and Execute strategies to stimulate demand for the brand
• Develop marketing plans to convince and convert customers across portfolio and markets, customer segmentation using business trends, market opportunities, and market tactics to achieve measurable results to new or existing products.
• Develop and deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implantation from ideation to execution.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
• Recognize new market opportunities, thereby bringing in more businesses and upsell more
• Educate customers about new products and services
• Build long term relationship and strategic partnerships with industry players, clients, stakeholders, market influencers and customers in different customer segments
• Ensure updated record of marketing activities, marketing campaign performance with detailed goals and drive intended demand across markets.

Requirements
Applicants:

• Should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND qualification.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing and sales in a high-volume environment.
• Must have a verifiable record of success in selling to customers/clients of different categories.
• Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must have evident passion for sales and marketing and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Must display high-level networking skills.
• Must have a good understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
