Job Description

  • Receiving phone calls on behalf of the organisation and directing them to the appropriate quaters
  • As a front desk officer, you serve as the image of the organisation
  • Receiving client enquiry and complaints in a friendly manner and directing to the appropriate department.
  • Arrange specialized services for clients.

Requirements

  • OND / HND in any discipline
  • 1 - 5 years relevant work experience.
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer relationship skills.
