Job Description
- Receiving phone calls on behalf of the organisation and directing them to the appropriate quaters
- As a front desk officer, you serve as the image of the organisation
- Receiving client enquiry and complaints in a friendly manner and directing to the appropriate department.
- Arrange specialized services for clients.
Requirements
- OND / HND in any discipline
- 1 - 5 years relevant work experience.
- Good communication skills
- Customer relationship skills.
