Job Title: Experienced Chef

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage culinary team
• Keep up with menu time management.
• Develop and plan menus and daily specials.
• Create prep lists for kitchen crew.
• Manage food costing and inventory.
• Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulation

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / N.C.E / HND / B.Sc Degree with 3 - 7 years relevant work experience.

Remuneration

• Salary: N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
