Job Title: Relationship Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Description

• Ensures daily collection of savings from daily contributors.
• Records daily customer transactions.
• Source for new customers and other prospects interested in saving.
• Maintains the privacy of customer information and the security of all records.
• Ensures overall customer satisfaction.
• Works to grow business and customer acquisition.
• Identifies new business market.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / N.C.E / HND qualification with 0 - 2 years relevant work experience.

Required Skills:

• Excellent time management skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skill.

Salary
N30,000 - N50,000 Monthly.
