RetailPoint Solutions Limited provides and deploys Point of Sale - POS Machines for business using various POS Hardware & Softwares. Our products can be deployed across various retail platforms where transaction data is critical to Management.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Trainer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities

• Train Customers on software solution.
• Attend to customers queries via chat.
• Provide technical support services to customers.
• Perform activities on assigned tasks and issues.
• Report on activities performed.
• Hardware maintenance and repairs.

Qualification

• The candidate should have a minimum of OND in Computer Science or Sciences.

Work Experience:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years working experience with:

• Training experience.
• Data Entry skills.
• Advanced use of web browser
• Fluent usage of Microsoft packages.
• Good communication skills.
