Job Title: Realtor Service Executive

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Manage Realtor Database and update Realtor information in real time
• Provide project and business updates to Realtors in real time
• Provide information and tackle concerns for Realtors as requests and information come in
• Provide easy access for Realtors to the company’s sites during site inspections
• Support Realtors in realizing site inspections where the company’s assistance is required
• Process Realtor commission payment within 24hours from receipt of payment from clients introduced by Realtors
• Organize monthly/quarterly seminars/trainings and give aways for Realtors
• Effectively onboard new Realtors to get them settled immediately to commence business with the company
• Prepare office spaces, lounges and conference room for Realtors who require same for meetings and trainings to enable effective marketing
• Provide marketing materials to Realtors and update same periodically for effective marketing
• Grow the Realtor database through referrals, network marketing system and adverts on a monthly basis
• Suggest ways to improve Realtor business relationships with the company from time to time
• Provide periodic information as regards latest happenings and best practices with Realtors

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing and other related course
• Must havenot less than 4 years good working experience as realtor.
• Must be able to drive sales and sales executives.
• Must be smart and good with sales cordination.
• Must know the strategies invloved in Property marketing.
• Must be conversant with new trends.

Work Days:

• Monday-Friday: 8am - 5pm.

Remunerations

• N100,000 guaranteed monthly salary
• 0.5% commission of Realtor sales
