Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, State to State Project

Job Summary

• The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist position will be part of the State to State project, United States Agency for International Development’s newest governance program in Nigeria, which seeks to improve service delivery in basic education, primary health care, and WASH through improvements in sub-national government systems.
• The project, which is managed by prime contractor DAI, runs from October 2020 to September 2025.
• The M&E Specialist will be one of five Moonshot team members supporting DAI, who is the prime contractor of the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Master’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning on a governance project.
• United States Agency for International Development project experience preferred.( USAID)
• Governance Experience
• Must be residing in Sokoto State

Remuneration
N650,000 - N689,000 Monthly.
