Job Title: Factory Supervisor
Location: Kirikiri Axis, Lagos

Job Description
- Maintain the production schedule.
- Evaluate production efficiency.
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / OND / NCE / SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification.
- 1 - 4 years work experience.
- Proven experience as a Factory Supervisor or similar role
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools [Granule packaging machine especially]
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proximity to Kirikiri axis will be preferred.
