Job Description

• Our client requires the services of an Admin & Finance Manager who will work as the Head of Operations Manager of the Diagnostic Center
• This candidate should have experience in the areas of healthcare Operations & Administration; Recruitment & Management of Staff; Accounting and Finance to lead the organization effectively.
• The candidate will use their organizational and leadership skills to supervise employees and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• B.Sc Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, a Masters degree would be an advantage.
• Proven work experience as a Healthcare Administration Manager, Hospital; Operations Manager, Chief Medical Officer, (or deputized) or related positions.
• The candidate should have acted in these positions for not less than 3 years (at the minimum)
• Knowledge of Healthcare & Medical terminology.
• Solid understanding of healthcare procedures and regulations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to supervise and train team members
• Problem-solving attitude.
