Job Title: Sales Negotiator

Job Description
- As a Property Sales Negotiator, you will be working for a dynamic Real Estate Agency using a mixture of negotiation, marketing and sales skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
Generally you will be:
- Creating visibility and awareness by marketing products in our database to contemporaries and potential customers with the objective of having a closure.
- Database gathering; identifying and sending Out details of new properties on the market to people on your database. Making appointments and showing buyers around a property
- Ability to deliver on key promises
- Must work to meet set monthly targets and KPI
- Must have market knowledge of the industry
- Good command of English Languages
Additional Qualifications and Experiences
- Min. Qualification, HND or B.SC.
- Minimum 1 years + previous Sales experience is desired
- Must be willing to work late and at weekend when required (Saturday only).
- Must have Driving License.
Remuneration
- Successful candidates for either position will be offered a basic salary commensurate to the industry rate depending on experience with a superb commission structure, 7.5% commission paid on Letting and 5% on any Sales. Company car, mobile phone and laptop provided.
