Due to expansion, the automobile arm of the Group, Coscharis Motors Plc is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Warranty Advisor

Location: Abuja / Lagos / Port Harcourt - Rivers

Key Responsibilities / Knowledge / Skills

• Apply the dealership warranty and goodwill policy and procedures correctly to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Submit accurate and goodwill claims on a daily and weekly basis.
• Monitor daily and weekly reports and ensure compliance with company’s policy and industry guidelines amongst others.

Qualifications / Experience

• B.Sc. in relevant discipline plus 3-5 years relevant experience and extensive knowledge of computer applications.
