Due to expansion, the automobile arm of the Group, Coscharis Motors Plc is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Aftersales Manager

Location: Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

• Identification of Aftersales weaknesses and areas of improvement
• Implementation of core processes of Aftersales
• Ensure smooth workflow in the workshop, targets, and deadlines are achieved to pave way for customer satisfaction.
• Interface between customers and workshop to ensure personnel attends to the complaints of customers amongst others.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with at least seven years of hands-on experience in handling aftersales operation of a well-structured automobile company.
• Must be able to operate diagnostic machines with excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, etc.
