Job Title: Lounge Hostess / Public Relations Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Lounge Hostess / PRO is to manageall the eventsof the lounge, host events, and attract high network individuals to the lounge at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests to the lounge
  • Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
  • Manage reservations
  • Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas
  • Manage and ensure there are constant events at the lounge to attract guests at all times.
  • Greet customers upon their departure
  • Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options
  • Maintain a clean reception area
  • Manage the lounge, host different events and programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND in Business Management / Hotel Management, Mass Communications
  • 1 - 3 years work experience
  • Previous work experience as a Hostess and PRO
  • Understanding of restaurant etiquette
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations
  • Experience in managing reservations
  • Demonstrable customer-service skills.
