Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for a passionate, experienced & entrepreneurial manager with a fast-paced, quick-service background to manage day-to-day (delivery) restaurant operations.

About this Role

  • This role requires innovation, creativity, passion & hard work. You will be working alongside a very creative & diverse team.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring quality & experience standards are maintained across over 200 orders daily (& growing)
  • Researching & implementing things to boost efficiency & keep production time as low as possible
  • To meet and exceed targets & KPI’s
  • To recruit, culture-onboard and manage branch staff
  • Create a fun and professional working environment
  • Provide consistently, high-quality products and services to customers
  • Regular meetings with other senior management regarding business development
  • Liaise with suppliers & ensure there are no supply-chain issues
  • Ensure that health and safety and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times
  • Ensure costing is accurate & location responsible for is profitable
  • Ensure production processes are enforced & in use, to enhance efficiency.

Preferred Experience & Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Hospitality, Hotel and Catering, Food Sciences or any related discipline
  • Three (3) years experience managing in a quick-service restaurant is highly desirable
  • Innovative out-of-the-box thinker
  • Tech-savvy
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • People skills
  • Customer-orientated
  • Fluent English (written & oral)
  • Must be able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • QSR managerial experience is key.
