Job Title: Estate Surveyor & Valuer (ESV1 and ESV2)
Location: Lagos
General Requirements
- Must possess a B.Sc/HND in Estate Management and should be Computer Literate
- Must have a good knowledge of the profession, property market and the environment
- Ability to drive coupled with knowledge of roads, very important
- Must be able to work under pressure with little or no supervision
- Candidate for position of (ESV1) must be well experienced & able to head/coordinate overall operations of the firm and its subsidiaries
- Minimum experience of seven (7) years with NIESV professional qualification compulsory for position of (ESV1) and five (5) years for the position of (ESV2)
- Must have marketing skills
- Driving experience is an added advantage
