Job Title: Fulfillment Officer (Pharma)

Locations: Lekki Phase 1 & Jakande, Lekki Phase 2 - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Supervises the day-to-day operations of Pharma Distribution, to include supervision of personnel, ensuring effective customer service, processing of customer orders, evaluating products for quality and accuracy.
• Receives, prioritizes, and processes customer orders; schedules and releases orders for fulfillment.
• Investigates and resolves complex customer requests.
• Assists in maintaining inventory and stock.
• Facilitates interaction between customers, sales and suppliers.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc Degree
• 2 years Experience in Pharma Distribution or FMCG Distribution
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Knowledge of Microsoft packages and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Employee development and performance management skills.

Salary
N100,000 Net Monthly.
