Job Title: Telemarketing Officer

Location: Maryland, Lagos

Job Description

• To manage relationship with New and existing customers via phone.

Job Responsibility

• Current knowledge about the financial products available to Corporate and Individual prospects.
• Present investment analysis while pitching proposed course of action in meetings with clients
• Develops relationship with client's and explore their network in business and social settings

Qualifications and Requirements

• BSc in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting.
• MSc will be an added advantage.
• At least 3-5 years of relevance work experience Telemarketing / Telesales
• Good phone etiquette.
• Ability to explore new opportunities and market is an added advantage.
• Good Decision-Making, Problem-Solving, Analytical Thinking, Verbal and Written Skill.
• Good Communication Skills, Organization, Attention to Detail, Time Management, multitasking.
• Working Under Pressure, Teamwork, Ambition, Leadership skills.
• Good Bank of Network.
