SuperSaver Supermarket is a supermarket chain, founded in 2013 and has grown to 5 branches around Lagos Nigeria. We currently have a staff strength of over 400 persons, and one of our core visions is to become one of the largest employers of labour in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Supermarket Supervisor

Location: Ikosi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Assisting in the administration of shop floor staff/Security
• Merchandising of stocks according to principles and ethics
• Management of stock re-ordering, ensuring that shop attendants submit their stock out the list on weekly basis to the procurement department and confirm the quantity to be procured based on history.
• Staff discipline and scheduling under the supervision of the manager
• Ensuring all procedures are strictly adhered to
• Preparation of roasters on Friday at the latest.
• Supervision of shop floor by: blocking of the shelf, first out, security of goods and neatness of shelf
• Any other duty that may be assigned.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 1 year of work experience.
