CDV Properties & Development Limited is an indigenous and one of Nigeria’s leading Real Estate firms offering services in civil construction and property development . The company is basically an engineering, construction and real estate company incorporated and operating in Nigeria, providing technical services to various projects and clients, both private, corporate and various government agencies.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales / Marketing Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Follow-up with leads to increase sales
• Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
• Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
• Oversee the entire process from property listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience.
• Display and market real property to possible buyers.
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
• Have local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer questions about potential homes, similar properties and the surrounding neighbourhood.

Requirements

• A minimum of OND from a tertiary institution.
• 1 - 3 years work experience.
• Past sales experience is preferred; Able to show track record in a sales role.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), negotiation and networking skills
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation and drive
• Show good organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite of applications.
• Proximity to Lekki / VI environs.

Remuneration
N80,000 Monthly plus commission on sales.
