Resource Intermediaries Limited - Our client, a Multinational company in Lagos is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Call Center Agent (Arabic Speaker)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Responsibilities

• Make Verbal sales Presentation to Client to Identify Need and implement strategy to meet Client Needs
• Must Possess a Good Digital Marketing Skills such as Creating and Launching Ads on social media platform like Facebook, Instagram etc.
• Must be able to Pitch Company Service to Client
• Perform other duties assigned by the Management.

Qualification and Requirements

• At least ND / HND / B.Sc in any field is Required
• At least 2 years of relevance work experience creating Ads on Social Media Platforms
• Certification / Training in Arabic is a Plus
• Good Sales Skills
• Good Telephone etiquette
• Must be a Calm and a Good Listener
• Must possess the ability to Communicate and Corresponds
• Must be persuasive and assertive
• Must be able to manage relationship
• Proficient in Microsoft packages e.g., Excel/ Word
