GText Homes is a leading real estate solutions provider, headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria, with offices across Africa, North America, Europe & Asia.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Call Center Representative

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Delta, Lagos, Ogun and Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
• Be required to make at least 100 calls daily.
• Must be very fluent in spoken English.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years work experience.
• Must have good telephone etiquette
• Previous experience in a customer support role
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Ability to speak more than one language is an added advantage.

Salary
N70,000 / Month.
