Job Description

• The Company is seeking to hire a Head of Marketing and Sales that will curate, implement and manage the marketing strategies to continuously increase the company’s market share and profitability.

Job Summary

• This role will create and execute marketing and promotional campaigns; develops and manages promotional partnerships; and oversees on and off-air brand messaging to build the station awareness, grow audiences, and position the station as the premier source for entertainment and information discovery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to maximize broadcast and online listenership and event attendance.
• Work collaboratively to align strategy, storytelling, design, and analytics to build awareness, grow audiences, and position the station as the premier source for entertainment and information discovery.
• Oversee in-kind sponsorships of third-party events including paid social and advertising campaigns, and the creative development and production of branding and promotional materials.
• Provide reports and analysis on promotional campaign effectiveness and manages the station’s external presence for maximum visibility and consistency to brand identity standards.

Requirements

• First Degree in Business Administration, or related field plus APCON Certification as an added advantage
• 8+ years working experience in any reputable Radio/TV Station, Advertising Agency or fast-paced creative/public relations Organization.
• Possesses a strong ability to build and manage partnerships
• Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.

Compensation
Base Pay is N150, 000 - N200,000 monthly + Sales Commission.
