Job Title: Project Finance Transactor
Location: Lagos
Job Description:
- Take a lead in the reviewing information required for preparation of appropriate credit approval packages
- Take a lead in developing information memorandum and other marketing material for transaction execution
- Assist with managing and reviewing transaction documentation in line with internal policy
- Assist with coordination and management of external advisers including legal and technical or market consultants
- General assistance in compliance in terms of risk and audit management for the CF department
Requirements
- 3 -5 years in relevant project finance department at a commercial or investment bank.
