Job Title: Sales Force Automation (SFA) Supervisor

Location: Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Sales Director

Job Summary

• We are looking for a skilled (SFA) Sales Force Automation Supervisor who will be implementing and will be one point contact and coordinate all the SFA information for the business.

Duties and Responsibilities
Amongst other duties, the (SFA) Sales Force Automation Supervisor will:

• Implement SFA information and directive
• Be a one point contact for all Sales force
• Regulate the activities of the sales force with SFA information
• Send SFA report to Management
• Educate sales force on usage of SFA
• Partner with all sales force on the work ability of the SFA
• Management of SFA information.

Qualifications and Skills
The occupant of this position should possess:

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc qualification in ICT related field
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience preferably in FMCG
• Proficient in ICT is necessary.
