We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Intern

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Begins to develop a current knowledge of HR Laws and Regulations.
  • Keeps abreast of new developments in the HR field.
  • Develops a working knowledge of HR information databases and searchable resources.
  • Draft and revise company policies
  • Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses
  • Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
  • Ensure the organization is compliant with social ethics & health and safety requirements, etc.
  • Ensuring we meet all standards required for external audits
  • Advising departments on how to improve continuously
  • Carry out employee relations investigations as requested by the business.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree with 1 - 3 years of experience.
  • Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards
