Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Pharm qualification with at least 5 years work experience.
• The candidate must be a seasoned sales manager with excellent managerial skills and experience to develop and manage a sizeable field force and universe of customers.
• The candidate must be persuasive, broadminded with passion for sales, energetic, and have a clear vision of the dynamics in the pharmaceutical market.
• The ideal candidate shall be responsible for; achieving the sales target, driving merchandising, promotional, and distribution objectives through methodical and strategic planning; coordinating, motivating, and assessing medical representatives and grassroots executives.
