Job Summary

• We are currently looking to hire an Retail Sales Manager for our client, a fast growing luxury fashion brand located in Ikoyi, Lagos.
• The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of the retail outlets, including sales, staff, and stock and resources management.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
• Managing budgets
• Maintaining statistical and financial control
• Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so
• Seek ways to better promote the store, the product line and service within the store.
• Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement purchasing plans and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals.
• Implement cross-training of employees and assistant managers to maintain productivity at all times.
• Manage all controllable costs with a view to maintaining profitability.
• Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
• Preparing promotional materials and displays
• Liaising with head office.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
• 2+ years of retail sales experience
• 2+ years of leadership or management
• and Organizational skills
• Resourcefulness and commercial awareness
• Proactive in-store planning skills
• Self-motivated leadership
• Interpersonal skills
• Strong sales abilities
• Customer service skills
• Organization skills
• Ability to operate basic business software programs.

Salary
N120,000 - N170,000 Monthly.
