Job Title: General Manager - Operations

Key Responsibilities
- Implement operational processes, business processes, planning processes including continuous improvement techniques to leverage competencies through best practices
- Develop and implement product marketing strategies including advertising campaigns and sales promotions.
- Determine goods and services to be sold, and advise on prices and credit terms, based on forecasts of customer demand
- Developing and implementing growth strategies
- Improve business revenue streams
- Evaluating performance and productivity.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or any other related fields
- Minimum of 10 years' practical experience in similar position in FMCG, Banking industry .
- Good knowledge of different business functions
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Strong Leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
