Job Title: Shop Manager - Retail

Key Responsibilities
- Complete shop administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding shop condition and visual merchandising standards
- Report on buying trends, customer needs and profit
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
- Deal with all issues arising from staff or customers
- Supervising the inside transfer of products and making sure that this is done in agreement with the rules, regulations and policies of the governing system authorities.
- Making sure that the products arrive within the given time.
- Ensuring that the business receives superior quality freight charges per unit on a regular basis.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Social Science, Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in Retail store management
- Proven success as a Retail Store Manager
- Powerful leading skills- and business orientation
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
