Job Title: Information Technology (IT) Staff
Location: Ijebu Waterside, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Purpose
- The Information Technology (IT) staff will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the computer systems as well as the network within the Bank
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Installation and configuration of computer systems and Softwares
- Diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults
- Logging customers/employee queries
Education and Experience
- B.Sc / HND holder in any Computer related Sciences / Courses
- Minimum of two years experience required.
- Between the ages of 28 - 40 years (age bracket can be below 28 years provided the candidate have the capacity to deliver)
- Proven ability to deliver.
Key Competencies:
- Thorough knowledge in software and hardware computing
- Experience in computer installation and configuration
- Excellent at trouble shooting on IT related matters
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends.
- Ability to work well with people.
- Assessing Customer Support Needs.
