Job Title: Retail SHOP Executive (Senior Level)

Key Responsibilities

• Meet volume and value objectives of the assigned territory within budget, time and policy parameters through efficient control of the distributor network and staff.
• Plan, implement and monitor all traditional sales activities within the assigned territory as an entrepreneurial manager, particularly providing an annual drive-plan for the whole territory
• Sales Forecasting SKU wise for his/her territory based on sound analysis
• Guide the Business Development Officers to appoint and sustain profitable distributors partners
• Help the commercial team by conducting regular audits from time to time.
• New Business development: Constantly seeking new opportunities to increase and extend the scope of company business operations
• Regular and timely reporting along predefined formats to relevant internal stakeholders.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or any other related fields
• Minimum of 10 years' practical experience in similar position in SMFMCG, Maritime, Banking industry. Membership of CIPSMN will be an added advantage
• Knowledge about budget management, International Trade and Taxations
• Versatile in International Trade procedure
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Strong Leadership and excellent communication skills.
