Job Description
As HR / Legal Adviser, the employee is required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner:
- Draft legal documents for real estate transactions.
- Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise documentation and advise clients accordingly.
- Represent the company in purchases and sales of properties.
- Design and implement company policies.
- Research and recommend request performance evaluation method( e.g employee appraisal system)
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Law Degree with 2 - 3 years work experience.
- Candidate must have been called to the Nigerian Bar and must have completed NYSC
- Candidate must have good communication skills.
- Candidate must reside within Alimosho.
