Job Title: Retail SHOP Executive (Mid-level)

Key Responsibilities
- Provides recommendations based on customers' stated preferences, needs and desires
- Serves customers by helping them select products
- Provides information to customers on special offers.
- Ensures customers are aware of the different value-added services as well as their cost and benefits
- Actualizes sales of company products and collects cash (payment) from customers.
- Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.
- Product management including ordering, receiving, price changes, handling damaged products or returns.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Art, Social Science, Mass Communication, Finance, Business Administration
- 2- 3 years work experience in FMCG industry.
- Ability to express oneself clearly and persuasively when making sales .
- Strong interpersonal skills
