Job Description
- Managing company staff, including coordinating and carrying out the recruitment process
- Organizational Structure and Planning
- Designing and Implementing HR policies
- Onboarding newcomers to the company
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Continually working on staff motivation and ensuring optimal output
- Managing succession planning of staff
- Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification
- 1 - 3 years of work experience.
Salary
- N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
