Job Description

• We are looking for a results-driven retail Store Manager to be responsible for the overall store management.
• The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with processes and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Report on buying trends, customer needs etc.
• Propose innovative ideas to increase sales
• Maintain records of daily expenses
• Sending invoices to custom order clients
• Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
• Monitor inventory levels and order new items.

Qualifications

• 2 - 3 years of experience working in a retail environment, ideally a year in a supervisory capacity
• Experience in fashion (design) will be a plus.
• Excellent customer management skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N70,000 - N150,000 Monthly (negotiable upwards based on years of experience and technical skillset).
