- Good trouble shooting skills.
- Good understanding of various BTO integrations.
- Knowledge of reporting.
- BTO Tools: NNM, OM, SM, BSM, Sitescope, BPM, Diagnostics, AM, UCMDB, DDMI, DDMA,Storage essentials and OVPI/SHR.
Qualification
- Degree qualification in a relevant field
