Job Title: Fashion Design Associate / Design Assistant

Job Description

• The ideal candidate will beresponsible for planning production schedules and ensuring the production processes are carried out within budget and on time.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations
• Send inventory to stockist monthly and weekly
• Daily collate production supplies for purchase
• Daily supervise the pattern sample made
• Daily quality control of the process and finished garments
• Daily fill out workshop logbook
• Create a weekly task for tailor the logbook
• Create a weekly task list for tailors
• Daily manage production time and plan production tasks ahead
• Collate weekly payments for tailors
• Daily sketch designs in a sketchbook
• Weekly keep an inventory of suppliers and record stock when low
• Monthly create a schedule for workshop and maintenance
• Responsible for bridal/bridesmaids fitting.

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc in relevant field
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the same role.
• Good knowledge of the fashion industry.
• Customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Preferably Female

Remuneration
N50,000 Monthly.
