Glassforce, a Chagoury Group partner company, is a state of the art glass manufacturing plant located in Abia State Nigeria. They supply about 90% of their products to one of the leading breweries in Nigeria owned by Heineken, distillers, pharmaceuticals, food/beverages outfits etc.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Experienced Mechanical Fitter

Location: Aba, Abia

Responsibilities

• The Individual on this role will be responsible for constructing and assembling mechanical systems including repair/maintenance of factory conveyors that transport chemicals/materials in manufacturing processes.
• He also performs upgrading fabrication of equipment and facilities, in the production circle.

Requirements

• B.Sc /HND / ND in Mechanical Engineering or SSCE / Trade Test with five years’ experience in industrial forklift repairs
• Strong technical standard and best engineering practice and procedure including attention to details
• Team spirit, technical support, PPE’s compliance and Investigation of equipment failures, diagnose faults and ensure repairs are completed correctly.
• Monitoring structural systems and ensuring that they are maintained regularly.
