Requirements
The Person:
- We are looking for a brilliant software developer with a keen eye for detail. The candidate must clearly show full software lifecycle experience in a Commercial or Corporate environment.
- The applicant must be have excellent knowledge of developing data driven web applications using .NET or JAVA. Must have an excellent knowledge of an object oriented programming language preferably C# or JAVA. Must also have HTML , CSS and JQuery skills.
- It is very important the candidate understands Object Oriented Methodologies and how to apply them in software development work.
- The candidate should have intermediate to advanced database programming skills and must also be comfortable performing administrative duties on a database server. Database frameworks like LINQ, Hibernate will also be required for this role. The candidate will also be required to perform administrative duties on Web servers (Apache, IIS).
- This role will fit a motivated self starter who can pick up concepts very quickly. The candidate must be able to work well with a team as well on his/her own. This is a very broad and dynamic role and the candidate must be willing to adapt to fast changing priorities. The candidate must be able to clearly express their methodology when doing code reviews with a senior developer or speaking to clients.
