Oba Du Vin Wines Gallery and Bar is a Premium Wine, Dining and Take out gallery redefining the foodservice industry. We deal on premium wines and spirits both wholesale and retail.

Job Title: Events, Activation and Development Manager

Location: Garki, Abuja

Job Description

• Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
• Procuring new clients through direct contact, social media, word-of-mouth, and other means.
• Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
• Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
• Crafting business events, activites and programmes to draw in more revenue from clients.
• Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
• Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
• Conceptualize and implement activations and all other promotional events
• Create, obtain approval and maintain budget for all events and activations.
• Liaise with event organizers to find out their exact event requirements, verify venues, suppliers, contractors and all events logistics.
• Manage all pre-event/activations and post event/activations
• Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations etc.)
• Evaluate event’s success and submit reports.

Requirements

• First Degree or its equivalent in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism or related disciplines.
• Minimum of three (2) years’ experience in marketing, with at least one year in events management and/or brand activations.
• Excellent vendor management skills.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation ability.
• Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
• A proven track record in a similar role within a quality environment.
• Clear thinker with excellent communication abilities and attention to detail
