Job Summary

• We are seeking a cheerful female front desk personnel to join our team.

Brief

• Your key role is to efficiently manage all receptionist and secretarial activities at our main entrance desk.
• Other responsibilities include answering phones, keeping track of and following up on all enquiries, scheduling meetings and appointments, and delivering excellent customer service and support to our clients.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• The successful candidate should be able to multitask, have strong communication and organizational abilities, be attractive and friendly, with exceptional people skills, as the "face" of our organization.
• Candidate must reside in Lagos and preferably on along the Ajah-Sangotedo axis.
