We are an infrastructure development company based in Lagos with on-going commercial infrastructure projects in Abuja, Lagos and South-South region of Nigeria. As part of our expansion programme, we require the services of highly skilled individuals to join our team:
Locations: Abuja, Lagos and South-South region
1.) Business Development Manager
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-years work experience with a reputable infrastructure development company with good academic background in Engineering or Social Sciences and MBA. (Good knowledge of excel and project/financial modelling required).
2.) Architect
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-years work experience with a reputable infrastructure/real estate development company. Professional membership of Nigeria Institute of Architects will be an added advantage.
3.) Quantity Surveyor
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-years work experience with a reputable infrastructure development company with a good first degree in Quantity
- Surveying and MS Project/Primavera proficiency.
4.) Project Manager
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-years work experience with a reputable infrastructure development company with academic background in Engineering, Project Management Certification and MS Project and other related software proficiency.
5.) Contract Manager
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-years work experience with a reputable infrastructure/real estate development company with academic background in Engineering and MS Project knowledge.
6.) Accountant
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-years work experience with a reputable accounting firm/accounting background with a B.Sc, MBA in Accounting. Any professional accounting qualification will be an added advantage.
