Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description
Candidate will be responsible for:
- Source for prospects and convert them into paying clients
- Provide best professional advise to prospects/clients in acquiring landed properties.
- Follow up on generated leads.
- Maintain an extensive database of all properties for sale.
- Determine client’s needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Find clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising and business presentations.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.
- Applicant must have experience in Real Estate.
- Must be resident within the Jabi area of Abuja.
- Fluency in Hausa language is an added advantage.
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
