We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Service Brand Manager - After Sales (Middle Management)

Responsibilities

• Taking customer bookings and recording on the internal CRM
• Welcoming customers to the show room and walking them around to demonstrate product
• Advising on technical queries/issues
• Informing customers of the progress of their vehicle
• Sell customer repairs/parts etc. and finalizing the invoice on completion
• Following up with customer to ensure satisfaction upon completion of work

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• 15 years and 5 years Proven experience working as a sales advisor in an automotive industry.
