Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- We are looking for a passionate sales executive to join our sales team. The sales executive's responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Educate on and promote the Tranter IT products and solutions.
- You are responsible for building a qualified sales pipeline and identifying new prospects
- Be the first touchpoint for all potential customers conducting pitches, demos, solutions workshops, closing contracts, and setting up implementation plans.
- Work with our Accounts team to provide ongoing customer service and support and coordinate renewal contract renewals.
- Identifying and targeting customers that can best benefit from our Tranter IT products & solutions
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Managing the sales process through management approval
- Building and maintaining a CRM database.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other similar field.
- 2-3 years proven working experience as a business development executive, sales executive, or relevant role.
- Self-motivated and driven by targets
- Ability to create and deliver presentations
- Passionate about sales
- Resilience
- Strong communication skills - including both verbal and written
- The ability to influence and negotiate with others
- IT skills
- Numerical skills.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
