We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: After Sales Executive (Middle Management)

Responsibilities

• Taking customer bookings and recording on the internal CRM
• Welcoming customers to the show room and walking them around to demonstrate product
• Advising on technical queries / issues
• Informing customers of the progress of their vehicle
• Sell customer repairs/parts etc. and finalizing the invoice on completion
• Following up with customer to ensure satisfaction upon completion of work

Requirements

• An HND / B.Sc in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Must have 5 years and minimum of 2 years senior sale executive experience in sales or a similar role.
